We here at platform committed to delivering the order placed by you within the given period and in accordance with this Policy (“Shipping Policy”)

·         By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification, if you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on this website.

·         The currency to be used is by default on your respective jurisdiction and may be charged for the orders as per in your local currency at the applicable exchange rates at the time of your order

·         The integrated logistics solutions for (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Pickrr, Shipex, FedEx) based on your needs to streamline order fulfillment and delivery is available.

·         All orders are subject to availability of goods or services, if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify and refund or adjust the same in your next order

·         We will make sure that all business transactions endeavours are reasonable to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely manner.

II.                Definitions

The “Customer” means a person who buys any goods for consideration but does not include a person who purchases such goods with the purpose of reselling them.

The “Store” means the online store and offline for order processing and all orders can be picked, processed from 11.00 AM-20.00 PM

III.             Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page.
  • Email confirmation will be expected within the stipulated time frame of 07 days by the Shipping providers to let you know your order and its status of delivery.
  • The processing time for worldwide shipping on goods subject to the provisions of this policy.
  • You are advised to read our Terms and Conditions along with this Policy.
  • The order will be processed from SHOP NO: F-156, FIRST FLOOR SPAZE CORPORATE PARK, TOWER A SECTOR 69, TULIP CHOWK, GURGOAN, 122101 HARYANA and an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

IV.             Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

·         The Local delivery during checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10kms of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed during store hours 11.00 AM-20.00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

·         Standard Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using shipping provider i.e. subjective delivery partner available under standard shipping and Flat shipping fee shall applies to orders shipping locations outside local region.

·         Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

·         International Shipping: 7-14 business days

·         Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.

·         The aforementioned rates and delivery estimates of shipping is applicable for delivery of products under the website “Sarvansh.com” using their shipping partners.

V.                Tracking Information:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team with your order No. and date of order and method of payment if any used.
  • It usually takes 07 day(s) to process and dispatch the products once the order is placed.
  • We strive to process and dispatch the order at the earliest
  • Delivery time and estimates depends on the product for good and services availed and it vary order to order and the location of the delivery. The whole delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external facts. Whereas, the approximate delivery is specified on the products details or will be shown at the check-out window.

VI.             Online- Pick Up In-Store: 

·         We provide the option of placing the order online and picking the order from the store and outlet.

·         The notification or update will be sent, once the order is ready for pick-up. You can visit the store and collect the goods & services as availed from us.

·         We will send a reminder email or SMS or WhatsApp if your item is still waiting to be picked up.

·         We reserve the right to make changes or completely stop the in-store pick option without notifying the customers.

VII.          Domestic Shipping

·                     Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·                     We offer flat rate shipping to some states in India as provided by the shipping partners. You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer e.g. free shipping for orders as provided on sales, promos, carnivals, events, etc. For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table. 

VIII.       International Shipping 

·                     We offer international shipping to the following countries as listed in the list of countries by the service providers and cannot offer services in others due to shipping restrictions or no valid permit to transact among nations due to reasons.

·                     Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·                     Estimated delivery time and cost depending upon the other dimensions in volume.

·                     Standard international shipment may take approximately (e.g. 8 to 30 days) Business days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

·                     Priority International customers assume responsibility for any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred under the customs of that country.

·                     International customers shall check with their country’s customs office to verify that the products can clear customs

·                     Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sarvansh is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

IX.             Other Rules:

·         If you want to change the shipping address you need to inform us of the same within the time and hour(s) after placing the order. The request to change the shipping address can be made in the following manner.

·         The cash on delivery option is available for certain categories of products

·         If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.

XI.             Shipping Restrictions:

·         Some items may not be eligible to be delivered to all geographical locations. You will be notified of the certain restricted area as per the shipping policies of the service provider. The shipment to restricted or containment area is currently the customer’s responsibility.

·         Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

XII.          Force Majeure:

·         We shall not be considered in breach of guarantee or terms of service and shall not be liable to the customer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligation by reason beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, an act of god or public enemy, famine, plague, the action of the court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control whether foreseen or unforeseen.
