Cancellation & Return Policy

This Cancellation and Return Policy governing the conditions agreed between you and the Sarvansh.

1.      Order Cancellations:

                          i.            Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, if you are found to be eligible  for a full refund, Sarvansh offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on Sarvansh Website(s), after deduction the transition charges levied by the bank and/or payment gateway, shipping cost or courier charges (to and fro), customs duty and/ or any other charges incurred while processing and delivering the product or service and burdened on Sarvansh.

                        ii.            Multiple payments made against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting any charges on the duplicate payments) but after-retaining the cost of the original order.

                      iii.            You are eligible for a full reimbursement within Twenty-Four hours of your purchase. After the Twenty-Four hours period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

                      iv.            Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

2.      Return & Exchange Policy:

                              i.            Returns or exchanges are accepted within 07 days of delivery.

                            ii.            Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

                          iii.            Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.

3.      How to Initiate a Return:

                                i.            Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return

                              ii.            Once approved, you will receive return instructions

                            iii.            Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.

                            iv.            Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

                              v.            Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.

                            vi.            If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact Customer Care Representative at care@sarvansh.com and lodge a request setting out in clear terms the facts and circumstances leading to such dissatisfaction. Upon receipt of your complaint, Sarvansh's Customer care representative(s) will verify the statement made in it.

4.      Damaged or Incorrect Items:

i.                    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.

ii.                  While purchasing products at "Sarvansh.com” ("Platform"). You are requested to exercise due care and discretion while ordering products or any other goods or services, because once the goods or services has been allocated to a unit for processing, refund can not be issued and refund request will not be entertained on the order of goods or services under any circumstances. However, if you wish to cancel an order for a goods or services and/or any other services, you can raise your refund request on E-mail of Sarvanh’s customer care team at care@sarvansh.com within Twenty-Four hours of placing the order. Since Sarvansh's Unit generates these goods or services at per request and selection as mentioned in the "Sarvansh.com” ("Platform"), few days, delay is certain.

iii.                At very outset, you acknowledge and agree that refund shall not be initiated and considered you non-eligible, if incorrect data provided by you and believing to be correct. Sarvansh's Unit generates and prepares the finished goods or services at the platform. Further, Sarvansh may consider your refund request, if you informed Sarvansh's customer care team may consider your refund request, if you informed Sarvansh's customer care team within Twenty-Four hours, prior to preparation of the goods or services. Therefore, request you to ensure and re- check all your data before submitting it.

 

At last, you hereby authorize and acknowledge Sarvansh's Customer care representatives to access your personal and any other information available with the platform pertaining to provision of goods or services w.r.t written request has been raised. Pursuant to which, Sarvansh's Customer care representatives will reach you shortly with the decision whether your dissatisfaction towards goods or services and other product is accountable/attributable or not.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

I.                   Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

·         Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.

·         You can cancel the order after the date of transaction and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.

·         We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product model, colour or incorrect product or service.

·         When you make a qualifying return, we will refund the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges.

·         We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Return or Refund shall only be considered once the customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.

·         Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.

·         We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.

·         Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the request and if found genuine, we will arrange a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.

·         Return and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorised person on behalf of us. 

·         If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@sarvansh.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

·         Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 20 mins of receipt of the product.

·         A copy of the receipt of the receipt or invoice shall be attached along with the returned product. 

·         The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product/model is available in stock. In case the same product/model is out of stock, a refund will be your responsibility.

The replacement can be made if the customer established that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage, once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option.

·         Any damage product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product. The order returned must accompany all accessories (Including freebies) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.

·         You will receive an email or SMS notification at your provided number or email address entered in the order and provided to us

·         Please be informed that the products purchased using the cash on delivery option will be refunded to the bank account with the details provided by you to us.

·         If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact your respective bank, it takes 7 (Seven) business days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.

·         Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty procedure. If the details of the products manufacturer are not available, we will help you with such details to directly connect with the manufacturer to resolve your issues.

·         If the issue has not been resolved within 07 Business days you can contact our customer care support as follows

·         Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to provide repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:

i)                   The product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc)

ii)                 If the product has been used or opened.

iii)               The products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.

iv)               Misused the product in a way that caused the problem.

v)                  You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it.

vi)               Gifts or free services.

vii)             The product is broken, tampered with or damaged

viii)           The product is returned after the return window is closed or the refund period expires.

ix)               Any Other exceptions apply under the consumer protection Act, 2019

x)                  Apart from the aforementioned goods and services, the following goods and services are not eligible for a refund.
